Off-Grid Living in Masardis, Maine

Masardis is a small, incorporated (organized) town up in Aroostook County, Maine, population somewhere around 200. That matters because it puts Masardis in a different legal bucket than Maine's Unorganized Territory, where the state Land Use Planning Commission (LUPC) runs zoning directly. In an organized town like Masardis, land use control is a municipal responsibility, not a state one, and the town would need its own ordinance to regulate things like lot sizes, setbacks, or dwelling types.

Here's my honest problem as a researcher: I could not find a published Masardis zoning ordinance, land use code, or any Municode/eCode360 page for the town.
