Off-Grid Living in Glenwood, Maine

Glenwood isn't actually a "town" in the usual Maine sense, it's Glenwood Plantation, a very small organized plantation in Aroostook County with a population in the single digits as of the last census. That matters a lot for anyone researching off-grid rules here, because plantations have fewer governmental powers than towns under Maine law, and in my research I could not find any official Glenwood Plantation website, zoning ordinance, or code enforcement page at all.
