I am looking for a spot in Southern Vermont for an off-grid homestead. Minimum 5 acres, prefer more. I would ideally like something on or off of Baker Brook Road in Williamsville Vermont but something in Newfane, Twonshend or nearby might work. If there is an old cabin on he land all the better. If the seller would be interested in selling with owner financing, that would be ideal.
