Skip the listing site. If you have the county parcel number, the public record is a better starting point than any ad: this runs the full land check straight from the state parcel layer.

Covers 30 states with open statewide parcel layers. The check runs on the parcel's location from the county record: flood, soils, wetlands, slope, local laws, climate, and distances. It cannot determine title, liens, easements, or buildability.

State not in the list?

The 20 states missing here do not publish a free statewide parcel layer this tool can search; their parcel data lives county by county (and the one nationwide aggregator is a paid service). For those states: open your state's own parcel viewer below, find the parcel, note the coordinates or the map pin, and run the land check with coordinates instead; you get the identical analysis.

When one of these states opens a statewide queryable layer, it gets added; Kansas's statewide service is down for maintenance today and will be added when it answers.
